How long is the programme? 

You can enter either a 3 or 6 month long plan. This may seem like a big commitment, but building a sustainable lifestyle change does take time. But I promise to help and guide you every step of the way. 

What can I expect in the free consultation?
We’ll chat about your current lifestyle, goals, and challenges. This is a no-pressure opportunity to see how we can work together to achieve your dreams.

How is the coaching delivered?
Coaching sessions are online via video calls, making it easy for you to join from anywhere.

Is this coaching suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! My coaching is tailored to meet you where you are, whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience.

What's the investment? 

There are 2 different ways to work with me:

1 x 90 minutes deep dive session: for goal setting. clarity and mindset work. In this session we will focus on your mindset and beliefs around health, well-being, time-management and work-life balance. This session is perfect for anyone looking to kickstart their health and wellness transformation with clarity and confidence. You also receive 2 weeks of Telegram support.  

Investment: £120. 

3 or 6 months 1:1 coaching with me: choose between a 3-month or 6-month package and receive personalised coaching and daily support designed to meet your individual well-being and fitness needs and goals.

Investment: £300 per month, 3 months minimum.
